The holiday season is once again upon us!  Thanksgiving Day and Christmas are days that often are celebrated with feasting, family and memories, but people in our own community will go hungry.  They will be longing for food, but they will be starving for Christ.  This season, let us take the message of Christ to our immediate community, being missionaries to our neighbors.  We can feed their hunger, and in doing so lead them to the Bread of Life, our Immanuel.

Missions Book Reading

On the wall just outside the center doors of the sanctuary is a rack in which you can find a number of books with a common theme: missions.  Sometimes these books tell the story of a particular missionary, while other times they give the history of the church in a region of the world.  Read and see how God is at work even in the darkest of places and the quirkiest of circumstances!
