Mission Statement:
To mobilize the church in mission through praying, discipling, giving, and educating.

Objectives:
  • To encourage people to pray for all efforts of world evangelization
  • To inform people of the world's needs and what the church is doing to meet those needs
  • To challenge children and youth to learn about and participate in the mission of the church
  • To raise funds for mission outreach

What Is Alabaster?

The Alabaster Offering provides funds for property and buildings around the world. It gives a sense of permanence, the attitude that the Church of the Nazarene intends to "put down roots." Eighty percent of the money is used in world mission areas, and twenty percent goes to multicultural congregations in the United States and Canada. Alabaster funds help provide land for most Work & Witness projects. The entire offering goes toward the construction of churches, schools, medical facilities, and homes for missionaries and national workers.

What is Faith Promise?

The Church of the Nazarene acknowledges that Faith Promise giving is a biblical method used by many local churches for raising financial support for world evangelization. For our denomination, it is dedicated specifically to the mission support of the Church of the Nazarene through various offerings promoted by Nazarene Missions International (NMI).

What Is LINKS?

LINKS stands for "Loving, Interested Nazarenes, Knowing and Sharing."   The LINKS program of the Church of the Nazarene is a network of personal connections between missionaries and Nazarenes around the world.

"I am happy to say that we have been ministered to many times through the sensitive, caring hearts of those who have been our LINKS Church Family."     Natalie Ward, Papua New Guinea
